To align with industry best practices for hygiene and product integrity in clean beauty, we accept refunds only for unopened products within 14 days of delivery. This policy supports safe, sustainable practices while complying with cosmetic regulations like MoCRA, which emphasizes product safety and adverse event reporting. If you're unsure about the product, we recommend starting with a single 4oz bottle to experience its hydrating, brightening, and soothing benefits risk-free. Our refund policy applies for 14 days from the delivery date. If 14 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange. This policy covers up to the value of a single 4oz bottle purchase (refunds for larger quantities or subscriptions are limited to one bottle's value at the order date price). For subscriptions, refunds apply only to the initial shipment if unopened; subsequent shipments are non-refundable but can be canceled anytime.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as received, with original packaging intact. To initiate a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order number).

Completing Your Return

Contact us at support@microglow.io with your order details to request a return. We will provide instructions, including a shipping address. Do not send products back without approval, as we may not receive them, and your return could be denied.

Once your return request is received, we will notify you via email or text of approval or rejection. If approved, ship the unopened product back to us. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged (in which case, we will reimburse reasonable shipping upon verification).

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund. A credit will be applied to your original payment method within a varying number of days, depending on your bank or card issuer (typically 3-10 business days).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account. Contact your credit card company or bank next, as processing times vary. If still unresolved, email us at support@microglow.io for assistance.

Returns and Replacements for Defective Items

We replace items only if defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. Sale or discounted items are final and non-refundable, except for defects.

For replacements, email support@microglow.io with photos and details. We may require a phone call to verify. If approved, follow our shipping instructions—we cover return shipping for verified defects and send a replacement at no extra cost.

Shipping times for exchanges vary by location. For valuable items, consider trackable shipping or insurance; we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns or liability for lost shipments.
