We do not ever consent to any governance over us that is not perfectly in line with natural law and the principles of ethical business practices, which We the People (citizens) of the United States of America uphold, and we do not accept or tolerate division or discord in our community. Any violation of any of our terms and conditions will automatically nullify and void any contractual agreement. We also reserve the right to terminate any account or association with us, at any time, for any reason, and there will be no refunds of any monies, purchases, or payments at any time, unless otherwise stated in our Guarantees or Refund Policy, so that no claim of unfairness or bias can ever be made.

By interacting with Micro Glow—whether through purchasing products, participating in discussions, accessing educational materials, or engaging in any community activities—you hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms. This Notice constitutes your voluntary entry into a Private Membership Association (PMA) protected under the 1st, 4th, 5th, and 14th Amendments of the U.S. Constitution. No separate signature is required; your continued interaction implies full acceptance. If you do not agree, please cease all engagement immediately.

Summary of Engagement Terms

Private Association Membership: You are joining a PMA to promote and discuss the benefits of Micro Glow's skincare products, educate yourself on natural ingredients, share ideas, and learn how to enhance your wellness routines while freeing yourself from conventional beauty constraints.

Personal Choice and Research: You are selecting for yourself the types of products, ingredients, ideologies, documents, agreements, and processes to incorporate into your skincare and wellness practices. You confirm that you have conducted your own independent research on these topics.

Waiver of Liability: You agree not to file any liability lawsuit against Micro Glow Holdings LLC, its agents, affiliates, representatives, or any members for anything related to products or information you obtain through your own choices. This includes participation in meetings, discussions, education, or materials distributed by Micro Glow or its community.

Privacy Commitment: Your activities and those of Micro Glow or other members within the Association are private and must not be shared with anyone, particularly government or external agencies. Membership is designed for privacy; you agree to keep internal workings, including sensitive information shared among members, confidential. Publicly available information published by others is not restricted.

Privacy is essential to operating outside public jurisdiction, which applies only to "public" matters. As long as we comply with the law, our private dealings remain free from oversight. All Micro Glow members are law-abiding individuals committed to upholding the law without undermining it.

We fulfill the law by promoting transparency in skincare and wellness—speaking openly about natural ingredients, living authentically, and conducting affairs for the collective betterment of our community and ourselves. We maintain peace and honor with all parties, including individuals, governments, and corporations. This does not imply tolerance for unwarranted interference; the Micro Glow approach is to address issues directly, provide equitable notice, affirm rights, and seek peaceful resolutions. We educate members on this method.

Membership extends beyond rights defense to community building and ethical interactions with external entities. Education is key, as external agents may lack full understanding—we empower ourselves to inform them wisely. This self-education is a core mission of Micro Glow.

Micro Glow provides online and in-person resources on private operations, organization formation, and holistic living through natural skincare, fostering confidence and wellness. Members access resources for enhancing skin appearance, hydration, and well-being.

We do not provide legal, tax, medical, financial, or professional advice, nor assist with personal issues. While members may discuss such topics freely, we do not offer UCC/SPC processes, freedom redemption, "Sovereign Citizen" methods, 1099 processes, PMA setups, state or American "National" processes, quick legal fixes, saviorism, claims of cures/treatments/preventions, or guaranteed results.

Micro Glow builds a society grounded in natural principles, empowering individuals through ethical, structured private practices. True empowerment arises from personal initiative, not from the organization. We honor each member's autonomy and expect mutual respect per our terms, conditions (including NDA), and this agreement. We interact as equals, fostering collaboration for improved skincare knowledge and wellness.

Engagement in Micro Glow equips you to navigate the beauty industry with confidence, supported by our fellowship. Operations are based on respect for natural wellness and transparency, without promoting specific ideologies.

Declaration of Purpose

This Association aims to uphold unalienable rights, constitutional guarantees, and freedoms for members, viewing the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights as foundational.

We exercise rights to privacy and "freedom of association" under the 1st, 4th, 5th, and 14th Amendments; activities remain private.

Members may select spokespeople for counsel on skincare access. We affirm freedom to choose products, services, and methods for optimal skin and wellness, reserving rights to share information.

Our mission delivers effective, law-compliant methods for better skincare and happiness, for humanity's benefit. Information is educational; members decide independently, with no implied harm.

The Association focuses on natural skincare ideologies and alternatives as member benefits, welcoming aligned individuals regardless of race, color, or creed to achieve these purposes.

Memorandum of Understanding

Fellow members provide products, services, or information as peers, not licensed professionals—no wholesaler/customer dynamic exists, only member-to-member.

You freely adopt private member status. It is your duty to evaluate recommendations, researching efficacy and risks. Any engagement is your voluntary choice; you hold Micro Glow harmless except for proven substantive harm under natural law (no victim, no crime).

Micro Glow may sanction members, including removal, for violations after a fair hearing.

You enter voluntarily, not as an agency representative. This agreement supersedes prior ones and can be withdrawn in writing at any time. Membership includes general benefits beyond dues/donations; you commit to all terms.

All information is proprietary; unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

WARNING: Unauthorized distribution is unlawful and may be investigated by relevant authorities.

By proceeding (e.g., via order form or interaction), you affirm: full mental capacity, lawful age to contract, no conflicts, no government affiliation. You accept membership for skincare education in private and public contexts, agreeing to this Notice.

To dissolve engagement, submit a written request; access ends without re-engagement. No current fees apply, but obligations persist per this Notice.
